Supernatural Events Surrounded The Passing Of His Wife, Making Him A Believer
Randy Butler shared his miracle story with me via email on March 18th, 2025. As a non-believer, he could hardly grasp the supernatural events that were taking place in the days and weeks preceding and proceeding with the death of his beloved wife. He is now convinced that angels and demons exist.
Hi, I’m not sure if this really happened, but it did. I don’t know where to start, so I’ll go back about six months. Around that time, my wife was diagnosed with cancer. She went through chemotherapy and radiation together, and everything seemed fine; she was in remission. Then, December came around, and the cancer came back. At that time, we didn’t know, we thought she was having breathing and chest problems, which were happening before, during, and right after Christmas. A half-liter of fluid was found around her heart. It was drained and tested. The cancer was back.
She came home, and a few days passed. One day, she came out of the bedroom and sat in a recliner. She dropped a cup of something I brought her to drink. I didn’t know at the time she was having a major stroke. I thought it was just the medication the hospital had sent home with her. Man, was I wrong. It took us a few days, but we didn’t have to convince her to go to a stroke hospital. Things got worse and worse. This all happened around New Year’s and beyond. The hospital recommended hospice.
I’m trying to tell her story as accurately as I can. I’m a sinner, not a thief or anything mean, just your typical non-church-going, swearing sinner. Back to the story: when she came home, it was around January 7th or 8th. We had two granddaughters helping, along with my wife’s daughter and myself for lifting and general care. It didn’t change.
On January 14th, I was on the couch, and she was in the recliner. She looked at me, and the face I saw where her face was supposed to be was not her face, but the face of a cold-hearted demon—eyes and all. Her chin was pointed, and I knew she had been possessed for a while. I don’t know how long, but I saw what I saw.
On January 15th, she couldn’t close her mouth. I knew the end was near. I don’t know where anyone else was, but it was just her and me. I’m a sinner, but by now, I was ready to run to church. The hell was literally scared out of me.
Back to the story: she looked at me as I knelt beside her. My exact words were, “I love you now, I’ve always loved you, and I will love you forever.” Then, my angel showed up, and I started praying the Lord’s Prayer. Through all this, my love, the love of my life, was watching me and breathing very heavily. I said the prayer to the end without missing a word. When I said “Amen,” her chest did not rise again. I lost her.
So, me, a useless sinner who couldn’t remember the Lord’s Prayer, said it word for word. I tried to say it the next day and couldn’t. That’s my story. Now it gets weird. After my wife passed and was taken away, a cardinal sat and watched her go by. She always said, “Look, a cardinal. Your mom just came to see us.” So, yes, my mom watched her.
After that, things started getting crazy. My stepdaughter said, “I don’t know if you saw that face Mom made a couple of days ago, but that was not her face.” I said nothing to her, so she thought I didn’t know. A purple clock with no battery was running in a walk-in closet. Somebody threw it away, but a few minutes later, it was back in the same spot, working again. It was thrown out again, and it came back. So, it’s still in the closet right now. I have it face down so I don’t know what it’s doing.
Some missionaries called me to talk and see if they could help in any way. The mobile hung up on them. They sent me a text asking if I hung up on them. I had to go outside to get a call back. I explained some things that were going on, but I couldn’t tell them everything. They probably didn’t believe me and offered to bless the house. I refused because, in spite of everything I’ve seen—good and evil going on here—I don’t believe it. I’m living it.
Then the dreams came. Good fighting evil. I could only sleep 3 or 4 hours a night. The last night, I had a scary dream, and I’m sure good won the fight. I can’t remember all that happened, but I couldn’t move, only observe. So yes, I believe in angels. If that crazy story makes sense or qualifies, use it. If not, delete it. I got long-winded.
And yes, I’m in church now and can’t believe what I just told you, but I’m living it. An angel whispered the Lord’s Prayer in my ear to save my beautiful wife from hell and demons. And yes, there was a terrible fight for my soul, or just plain retribution for taking my wife’s soul away from them.
Okay, I’m at the end. Again, use it or not. It happened, and I can’t accept anything after my wife’s soul was saved by a sinner.
