Saved By An Angel After A Devastating Car Accident

James Carter shared his miracle story with me via a Facebook comment on March 11^th, 2025. After a devastating accident, his fuel tanker truck was on fire, and he was in mortal danger until an angel appeared and saved him.

In 1985, when I rolled a truck off a mountain in New Mexico, I was crushed upside down. The diesel engine was still running, and my fuel tanks were still full. As I tried to reach the key to turn off the engine, I was unable to reach it. Just then, an angel appeared and told me to relax. He turned off the engine, thus saving my life. (If a truck catches on fire from fuel, it is almost impossible to put out and rescue the driver.)

When the EMTs arrived, they asked how many were in the cab. As I started to say “two,” they heard us talking, and the angel disappeared. When they cut me out of the truck, they broke my femur, as it was caught in the steering wheel and had been broken in half. Later, the tow truck driver came to the hospital with my clothes. He asked me how I had turned off the engine. I told him about the angel, and he said, “Now I understand, because there was no way I could have turned it off; the dashboard was bent over the key.”
